How to Import Customer Credit Cards

Quickly add customer credit cards to your card vault using Helcim’s data import functionality.

To import credit cards you will need to get the card token from your previous provider. If you do not have this then you can follow the steps in this article to add a credit card.

To import credit cards to the card vault, click on Import / Export under Customers. Select CSV File as the import type and click Next Select the Upload File you want to use by clicking Browse then click Next to upload the file

If this is your first-time importing customer data into your Helcim Account download the Sample File to see how the data needs to be formatted.

Review the data that will be uploaded and click Confirm if everything is correct, or Back if you need to make changes.
