Editing an Existing Subscriber
If you need to edit a subscriber's information for one of your recurring plans, you can do so by navigating to
Recurring Plans then selecting the plan the subscriber is currently assigned to.
Once you are on the Plan Overview page, click on
Subscribers from the menu on the right-hand side of your screen.
Next, select the subscriber you want to edit from the customer list.
On the subscriber information page, you can review the customer information and make any required edits.
If your plan has many subscribers, it may be faster to go to
Customersand search for the customer whose subscription you wish to edit. Click on the customer to see their customer page. On the right-hand side of their customer page, in the Reports section, there is
View Subscriptionsbutton. Clicking that button will show you all the subscriptions to which the customer is currently subscribed. Click the subscription you wish to edit - this will bring up the subscription info screen.
Once you are done editing the subscriber, click
Save to apply the changes.
