Editing Product Availability
If you need to update multiple products at once, you can quickly change the availability from the Product List
view in your Helcim account. To get started, begin by logging into your Helcim account and selecting Products
and Product List
from the left-hand side of the screen.
Next, select the products you want to edit the availability for by checking the box on the left-hand side column for the product list. Once you have selected all the products you want to edit, click on the Change Availability
button in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Once you click on Change Availability
you can either select On
to indicate the product is available or Off
to remove it from your list of available products.
Next, confirm your selection.
If you want to customize the availability of a product, for example, if it's available in-store only and not on your online store, you'll need to individually edit the products using the availability section under Product Overview.
