Finding Subscribers with Expiring Credit Cards
Help prevent bounced payments by identifying which subscriptions have customers assigned to them with credit cards that are going to expire.
Credit cards that expire within 30 days are moved to the
Expiring
tab.
To find subscriptions with expiring credit cards click on Subscription Management
and Plans
.
Next, select the plan you want to review.
Click on
Subscribers
.
You are now able to view all of the subscribers who are assigned to this plan. Clicking on the
Expiring
and Expired
tabs at the top of the screen will let you see which credit cards will be expiring soon, or if any have already expired.
If you notice that a subscriber was not billed automatically for their latest payment, it might be because their last payment was declined. Follow the steps in this article to correct their billing.
