Creating an Invoice for Services
You can easily create invoices for services in your Helcim account.
To get started, create an invoice as usual.
When you're ready to add services to your invoice, select
Service from the drop-down menu.
You can now search for an existing service in your account, or add the service name and service description directly on the invoice.
If you select an existing service from
Products and Services the description and price will automatically populate.
Continue adding services, comments, discounts etc... until your invoice is complete. You can now ready to send the invoice to a customer for payment or collect payment using the virtual terminal.
