How to Find Your Account ID
If you're integrating your Helcim Account with a third-party software, for example WooCommerce, you may be asked for your Account ID to complete the integration.
Follow these steps to find your Account ID. Being by logging into your Helcim account and clicking on any of the account features on the left-hand side of the screen (For example, Payments, App, Customers, Invoicing, Products...).
From here, click on the Settings Cog
in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Then click on General Settings
and My Account
.
This will open your Merchant Information, on the top of the first display screen you will see Account ID and the corresponding number. Use this Account ID Number to complete the integration.
