Completing a Scan

The information in this article is for merchants using Helcim's Legacy System. If you signed up for Helcim on or after June 1, 2020, please click here.

The PCI compliance manager will prompt you to complete a scan if it required due to the nature of your business.

Below are the steps on how to complete it.

  1. At the dashboard click on Manage under Be Scan Compliant.

  1. Select Schedule Scan.

  1. Fill and check off the required fields as per the red arrow.

Please note: Scans typically take 3-4 hours to complete.

  1. Once your scan is completed you will be able to attest and complete your PCI compliance.
