The information in this article pertains to merchants who have signed up for Helcim from June 1, 2020, onward.
If a Chargeback has been filed against your business, you will be able to view the details by clicking on
My Business and
On the main page you will be able to view the associated chargeback details including its status, description, type, chargeback date, when a response is due by, and the amount.
If there is a chargeback in your account, you can click on the chargeback to view more details. When you view a chargeback you will see a detailed description of why the chargeback was filed by a customer and how to respond.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select either
Accept Chargeback or
Respond depending on how you want to address this specific chargeback.
If you select
Respond you will be prompted to provide supporting documents.
