Viewing Statements and Settlement Information

The information in this article pertains to merchants who have signed up for Helcim from June 1, 2020, onward. If you are using Helcim's Legacy system, please click here.

You can view the details of your bank transfers (settlements), business statements, and merchant statements from within your Helcim account.

To access this information, begin by logging into your Helcim account.

View Your Bank Transfers

Click on My Business and Banking.

One this page you will see a list of all your linked bank accounts. To view your Bank Transfers, click on the blue Bank Transfers button in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

Now, you can view a detailed list of the batches that are currently being processed for your account and details on the expected transfers. Use the calendar icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen to adjust the dates if you only want to see bank transfers for a specific date range.

If you want to view a breakdown of the funds being deposited and the fees for each transfer, simply click on the transfer you want to view more details for.

View Your Business Statements

Clicking on My Business and Business Statements will show you the monthly statements for your Helcim account.
Click on Download to save a copy of the statement to your device.

View Your Merchant Statements

Click on My Business and Merchant Statements to view a list of all your available merchant statements. Your statement will include an overview of your sales, refunds, chargebacks, and processing fees for the month.
You can click on Download to save a copy of your merchant statement to your device.
